Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Will I be reminded before a renewal?
Yes. Our payment provider emails you before each renewal: 3 days before a monthly plan renews and 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
What's the difference between the 30-day pass and the monthly plan?
The pass is a single payment that simply ends after 30 days. The monthly plan renews each month until you cancel and costs less per month.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, which may appear on your card statement.
Can I get a refund?
If the paid feedback isn't useful, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free account that only needs your email (no password), so your plan and your history stay with you on any device.
