Refund policy

First payment

If the paid feedback isn't useful to you, email support@bandscorechecker.com within 7 days of your first payment for a plan or pass and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you get a reminder email before each renewal (3 days before a monthly renewal, 7 days before a yearly one). If a renewal charged you by mistake, for example because you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it if you haven't used the paid feedback since.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage subscription). You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. We don't refund the unused part of a period except under this policy or where the law requires it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. A refunded subscription is cancelled and paid access ends when the refund is made.
